Lamentablemente tengo que decir que declino muchisimo la calidad del servicio en chapelco.La semana pasada quede colgado en la silla 63 unos 55 min. debido a un corte de energia y a una falla en sus sistemas de rescate.No solo esto! en vez de rescatarme con sogas me hicieron saltar a un monticulo de nieve hecho con una maquina pisanieve. Al otro dia quede colgado en la telecabina y despues no funciono en casi todo el dia. Todo esto antes no pasaba. Muy mala atencion de su gerente, ante mi queja lo unico que me ofrecio fue esquiar media hora mas por dia de esa semana.Para colmo de males esta semana la mitad de la montaña esta cerrada por una competencia de snowboard, eso si el pase no me lo cobraron la mitad de precio, lo pague entero. Despues de 12 años seguidos en chapelco no vendre mas.
